Rogers and Associates primary offices are currently in two locations, Clarksville and McMinnville, Tennessee, USA. We support our clients throughout the world, with our primary focus on providing services within the United States and Asia. In an effort to insure professionalism and expertise in our practices, in addition to our primary consulting staff, we maintain connections with a variety of firms and independent consultants. Our three primary consultants are:
Keith Rogers - President (Environmental, Health and Safety)
Mr. Rogers has worked in the Environmental and Safety sectors for more than 20 years. His experience has been derived from a variety of management experience in industry, government and the consulting arenas. Keith has a vast environmental and safety background from his experience in working with industrial regulatory compliance and government projects. He also holds an environmental expertise gained by performing a variety of consulting tasks for public and private clients such as performing evaluations and site assessments for the lending industry. Keith has developed and implemented multiple environmental management systems for obtaining registration to the ISO 14001 Standard for Tier 1 Automotive manufacturers. Positions held in industry include, environmental engineer, environmental and safety manager, and in government - assistant director for a department of public works.

Michael Aguire - Senior Consultant (Quality, Supply Chain and Continuous Improvement)
Mr. Aguire has held several positions in Quality and Supplier management. Since the mid-1980's Michael has worked in Consumer Products and Automotive Manufacturing management. His diverse experience includes implementation and management of Quality (ISO 9001, IATF) and Business Management Systems, low-cost region supplier development and risk management, continuous improvement and problem solving implementation and training, and engineering project management and launch. He is a six-sigma certified DFSS black-belt and RABQSA-Certified ISO/ IATF Lead Auditor/ AIAG Supplier Auditor and has aided companies in saving millions of dollars through CI, problem solving activities, and supplier development and launch in low-cost regions.
Michael is also active in helping the community, including assisting non-profit organizations with start-up, incorporation, development and in acquiring IRS 501(c)(3) status.

Lucas Rogers - Junior Consultant (Environmental, Business Administration)
Mr. Rogers has been in the environmental field for a little over 3 years now and provides a diverse experience in Environmental Affairs and business management including ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and Carbon Reduction Programs development and management. He earned his bachelor's of science in Business Administration in 2021. In addition to his education, Mr. Rogers worked in the automotive industry in production control for a year and gained knowledge on the industry as a whole. Mr. Rogers looks forward to helping his clients develop programs and/or systems that meet their specific needs.
